Need to lose 15lbs. Trainer says to eat less, workout more.

I had my body fat % checked today, came out to 18%. In order for me to reach my goal of 10% he says to eat less & workout more, I told him I'm currently taking in 2800 calories a day. I need to be down 15lbs of fat to get to my 10% goal.

Should I go lower than this? I want to drop overall BF but I don't want to lose LBM. My diet is 100% clean Mon-Fri, weekends aren't horrible just not as stable as my weekday diets since I'm out of town every weekend.

My current routine is a 4 day split, cardio everyday after lifting (30 minutes low intensity). Weekends are either off or cardio/abs on Saturday if I have time. He wasn't saying for ME to workout more, just as a rule of thumb to go by.

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani

I weigh more than you and am doing well with 2200-2400 per day. I think you can afford to shave off a few cals and do some extra cardio at 65% max heart rate.

2800 calories is maintenance for someone your size so you will have to drop them to lose.
