    Glycogen replenshment isn't really an issue unless you an athlete training multiple times per day.

    Thanks that was a good thread.I must have missed that one. But help me out here .Isnt glycogen replenishment one of the reasons for simple carbs PWO?

    yes, but replenishing all the glycogen lost during exercise takes at least 24-36 hours...PW carbs only speed up the replenishment because you are more sensitive to insulin so they go directly into the damaged muscle fibers...hope to have been clear
