Trying to increase calories, but then too much protein?

I've been trying to increase my calories (from 1300 to 1600), because I'm always exhausted and I think I've hit a plateau. But...when I up my calories, I end up getting 160g+ of protein, when I should be getting 130g-160g. Obviously my fat and carb intake increases as well. My macros are 40p/40c/20f. So what do I do here, if 160g+ is too much protein? I'm confused!
    I'm 114lbs, 16% bf, 5'1, 20 yrs old, and cutting.

If you work on the basis that your intake should be 1-2g per lb of bodyweight then 160g shouldn't be a problem. Some people find that larger amounts of protein makes them feel ill, and by all means, if that applies to you then reduce protein and maybe try a 40C/30P/30F split instead.

But if you feel fine at 160g then stick with it. Personally, I consume about 180g with no ill-effects.

If you are feeling like you are getting too much protein, increase your fats for cals..they are a concentrated calorie source and you dont need a whole lot to get your cals up there. I take in somewhere between 180-200 grams of protein total on a daily basis.

Thanks everyone! The extra protein doesn't bother me, so I think I will stick with that and increase my fats. I don't do well with a lot of carbs.
