I ran a gourmet cheesecake business for quite a while. I never made an "unleaded" one, but based on your ingredients I would do this:
4 packs FF cream cheese
1 cup EggBeaters
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream
Splenda equivalent to 1 1/2 cups sugar
If this is one of those pre-baked pie shells cut the ingredients by at least 1/3. Bake it at 350 until the middle is still a little soft/jiggly. DON'T overbake it. If the top starts to get golden its done.
Let it rest for at least 4 hours in the fridge after coming down to handling temperature. If it cracks, so what, it will still taste alright.
PM me with the results!"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure"

Why do you guys make life harder than necessary?? Cheese cake is designed to be fatty and tasty. You eat it because it tastes good, and you take the consequences of being a fat ass and higher risk of cholesterol. Either be a man and eat a real cheese cake, or be a man and dont eat it all. Dont try to do something in between because you accomplish nothing.
See before, at least it tasted good. But now, you make it taste like crap AND it has no nutritional value.Me Picking Up Chicks (Subscribe if You Like!)
