    Best board for triceps?

    Is there a particular bench board that hits the triceps more or is it more related to your weakspot? Close-grip bench isn't cutting it lately so I wanna try some board presses.

    I like 2-board with a close grip to really pound the triceps. Not a super close grip, but something closer than comp grip.

    Thanks. My sticking point always seems to be between 6-8 inches off my chest. Do you know what board would hit that distance?

    Maybe a 3 board? It's hard to say. A lot can depend on grip width and arm length.

    Yeah I figured it probably wouldnt be that easy to determine, but thanks anyway. I'll just have to make some boards and try it out.

    Hey bro. Hit pause work off a 2 board for a month (once per week) Maybe 3 x 3 or so.
