my wife is about 2wks into the keto and the weight has been dropping nicely (she also does cardio and lifts weights). this past sunday, she did a refeed, nothing too crazy (2 meals containing pasta and an ice cream cone later in the day since it was about 90 here). anyway, on monday, the day AFTER her refeed, she felt fine and even had dropped two LBs since she weighed herself on friday. all was good.....until today when she weighed herself and she had GAINED 2LBs back. she is freaking out and rethinking the whole thing now. Is this gain common? why didn't she gain the weight immediately after the refeed? what should I tell her?
