Rotator Cuff
I have torn my rotator cuff. Which definetely means lifting is out of the question. I have also been told no running because the jaring effect will cause the swelling to stay in my shoulder which means physical therapy will be ineffective.
So the question, anyone have luck with the eliptical? I am putting on weight here and need help. Been thinking of the eliptical, but not real sure how long I should stay on it for it to be effective and all that. Any help would be appreciated.
