What would happen to the muscle building process if you had a good day, when to the gym, woke up the next day and didn't eat till 3:00pm except for protein shakes and oats?
Would it stop and muscle building would stop until you went to the gym again?
Would it go on hold and slowly build until you got some good food in ya?
Would you start to break down more muscle to fuel what you did in the day (even if it was just sit on BB.com forums)?
