I have been taking ZMA for a while now and have not noticed any strength gains. I want to know if its ok to use Tribulus because i'm only 16. Is it safe to use it?

it is safe, because its a natural plant product and whatnot, but its also pointless, you are a teenager, your test ahd hormone levels are peaking, you dont need any extra testosterone. ots just a waste of money.Originally Posted by mcool

the zma is fine but stay away from the tribulus.
i am 17 and i have taken pro-hormones.
sure i gained 10 pounds of muscle and my strength went through the roof.
but right when i stopped taking them i lost all the weight and strength.
big waste of $100 and the long term effects are not worth it.

as far as test boosters go at your age, my opinion is that anything that would give you results would be bad. Natty test boosters are pointless in your teenage years and prohormones would be effective but would mess up your bodys own test production.

i took something to help lower levels back to normal for 2 weeks.
it didn't so ****.

2 weeks is not an efficient pct. A true pct is around 6-8 weeks from what i understand.Originally Posted by bSquared949

i took tren stacked with halo.
some pretty hardcore **** and expensive.
it doesnt matter though because i got it for free (i was a test dummy for a local nutrition store down here)

ill be honest ive taken a few different ones (mainly cheap ones)
but i wanted to see what would happen, my test level was tested by my doc and they were normal, but really honestly i saw prob a 3% strength incrase and f-all size.. but my acne came back.. os yeah
