do any of you use med ball tossing to improve the power and stability in your torso?
What results have you seen?
How do you structure it into your training?

I have before ... haven't done much of it recently probably will just put it for abs if I do it (I do rotational stuff just not always med ball). Usually overhead slams and side wall tosses are good and show decent results ... obviously lifting and lifting right is important. If you follow my log I'll probably work some in on my lowerbody days.
