Been thinking about this... and I'm really not sure.
For different reasons, I like to train different bodyparts. For example, on a day I'm feeling stronger, I'd want to train legs rather than arms. On these days training arms seem almost mundane. On another day, I'm almost just going through the motions, arms are pretty easy to train hard still.
Two of my favourite exercises though are hang snatches and overhead squats.

I used to do complexes and still incorporate them once in awhile on abs/ cardio days.
My favourite to do are:
hang snatch
overhead squat
press
bent over row
deadlift
pushups
Similar to circuit training, these exercises are done one immediately after the other though usually the resistance/ weight for all of them are consistent.timbahwolffff on Instagram

i remember i made a comment in your log about kane's video. You had it up before, si? The first episode that is... Cuz I remember he was mixing crap from bottle to bottle and i thought it was ridiculous haha from one small bottle mouth to the other.
