Wow, I love your training style Kane. That's exactly what I have been focusing on- explosive exercises in a circuit to build strength and endurance. Very impressive muscle ups and explosive clap pull ups too! Being able to do 10 of each of those exercises is a long-term goal of mine. Same with your flexibility, I hope to be able to do that!
