you'll find alot of bodybuilders try to stay at around 15-18% just because fat takes some muscle off with it when it leaves.
to tell you the truth when your that high you can burn fat and build muscle at the same time, start adding some cardio, cut some junk food out or something, maybe stop eating carbs at night completely. it helps!ISSA CFT

yea, well put try keeping your protein high, carbs moderate, and fat low. If you do as little as 15 minutes of high intensity cardio at the end of a workout you should be able to cut some fat. Also start taking in good sources of protein like chicken and tuna...don't just settle for whatever has a few grams in it.

Electronic scales can be way off, especially if their a cheaper brand. Get a caliper test bro, as i know that there is NO WAY you are even close to 25% BF.
If you used the ones at college then they are WAAY off. Some of the leanest guys in sport science, who looked as if they hadn't had a feed in weeks were measuring at 19 - 22 %
Oh yeah, btw i go to college with you (strong stalker )Last edited by Sarscen; 07-05-2008 at 04:58 AM.

25% is pretty damn overweight, that would mean that you have 22kilos of fat which i highly doubt if you dont think you have a weight problem. I would suggest getting a caliper body fat test, and i would recommend 15-18% body fat for good weight gains.
As for your other question, im 12% body fat, and i still feel chubby.

I personally wouldn't go over 12-13% BF throughout my season.
