Battle man in need of a meal plan
Here is the deal. I got 24hrs in a day. I basically start my day at 2100-2300 with work outs. 2300-0000 to eat and get to role call. From there, eating is a challenge but I make it work for a 253 lb guy trying to get to 270(was 263 3ks before deploy). If I am lucky I am back in camp by around 1300 at which point I shower and get in bed as fst as possible.
What I need, is someone that might either have a fantastic grasp on dieting and/or someone who has had to deal with as little time as I've had. Should I switch my workouts to after shift? I would, it just feels like I'd be starving myself while i slept because sleep would have to be the next thing(which I doubt after my workouts would happen).
If anyone can ht me up with some essential numbers for my daily regimen I would greatly appreciate it.
