What kind of routine are you doing whilst playing rugby?
I'm mid way through season and I have just been doing Bill Stars 5x5 and it is real hard to make gains.

haha cheers thanks guys, hopefully ill gain back a bit more weight when i get a break from rugby.
heavensport- i just do typical bodybuilding routines. switch it up every 4-5 weeks and so on. nothing really special or sport specific, and i train about 4-5 days a week. during rugby season i tend to focus on strength and offseason or during breaks i focus more on size
