Jesus Tap-Dancing Christ... if you follow those suggestions there is no way you could be a bodybuilder. It basically says eat whatever you want, just eat a lot. Great, so I'll shoot for 4,000 calories a day... just eat a couple Whoppers in the morning and I can take the rest of the day off
