How much water weight is in your body?
I'm looking for like a percentage. Because when I was in disney world during a weightlifting comp, I weighed almost 200 and needed to weigh 186 to make the weight. I didn't eat or drink anything for about a day and a half and managed to drop to 185. So how much water weight are we able to lose? I never imagined it would be 15 pounds worth for me in only less than a couple of days.

something like that. water leaves your cells by osmosis or something when your dehydrated. so yes you could say each cell has lost water when you become dehydrated.
also i looked it up, your body can be anywhere from 50-80% water

78% of your body is made up of mostly intracellular water and trace water moleecules in skin/bone/organs
you can drain anywhere from 2-12 lbs of water from glycogen depletion depending on your level of muscle tissue.

Yeah, I can barely even remember anything that day, it was hard enough trying to stay awake so I wouldn't oversleep for the weigh in. Couldn't really fix my eyes on anything either or I'd start to doze off
