I moved back to CO about a year and a half ago and started working out again at the lifetime fitness in Northglen.
My life is like Looney Tunes. It's violent, dangerous, and full of sarcastic comments!

That snow was ridiculous! Great for getting a workout before my workout though haha.
Anyways, started training with a guy that runs a gym out in Federal Heights off of about 92nd and Pecos, super cool guy and awesome and helping with fitness goals.

Mostly harmless
Hi folks. I am moving to Colorado (Boulder-area) in a few weeks. Are there some gyms you can recommend? I've found a few potentials online but am interested in any recommendations you can share. Ideally, something that has some decent free-weight areas and decent locker-room facilities.
Many thanks!

Hey, newer member here. Live in aurora, train at better bodies early in the morning. On a long cut right now, went a little overboard on the calories this last bulk.

Yes. They will all have a novice class. It's always good to enter as many classes as you are eligible for. You never know who will show up. You could have an open class with 25 bodybuilders...OR an open class with 3. Ya never know.
