Hit a Goal!
Just did a weigh in...and for the first time since freshman year of HS I am under 200lbs!! I know you shouldn't rely on weight as a scale of success but it's had me all smiles today.

i can't hit 200 no matter what. i already have 197 lbs of lean muscle. that not including bones/organs.

Nothing too revolutionary. I eat clean, 5 or 6 meals a day. 20 min of HIIT cardio three times a week. And I'm lifting Monday(chest/arms) Wednesday(back/shoulders) Friday(Legs). Mostly using the exercises and rep counts out of the BFL book.
