Hey Tech nice to see you again! you are as usual there! thx mate just a lil more help is required... help me designing my meals

I eat anything which is cooked in lunch and dinner!
Thing i can get my hands on:
- Margarine (currently during breakfast)
- Eggs (currently: 3 in morning, 4 pre workout)
- Milk (1 mug b4 getting to bed, 1 mug in breakfast)
- Potatoes (currently taking boiled, 1/2 bowl immediately after workout)
- Oatmeals (i am gonna incl it soon in my breakfast)
Eating 5 times a day, | Breakfast | Lunch| Pre | Post | dinner
If i am taking less then guide me plz
