AST VP2 vs. Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure....

I've been looking at getting AST VP2 or Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure. I've read alot of good reviews for both of them. But I can't seem to make up my mind. If anyone reading this thread has used either one of these proteins, please post what you thought about the product and how it worked for you. Thanks in advance.

I've used AST's VP2. It was actually the first protein i've ever used. Its pretty decent - mixes well with water and has barely any fat/carbs. The only so-so thing is the taste isn't that great - i have tried the vanilla and chocolate - defiantly go with the chocolate, the vanilla just tastes like nothing.

Now I take ON protein, which I think is cheaper, tastes better, and mixes just as easily.

If you go w/ the VP2 get Citrus or Punch flavor. I'd check out GF Pro, 4 Ever Fit, VPX Zero Carb (specifically graham cracker)

i have used both for serveral months @ a time. i didnt really like the taste of nature's best(choc), just bc it gets old really quick.
ast vp2 citrus tasted great

natures best is a strait up iso; ast vp2 is a hydrolysate with the added benifits of a concentrate
i would suggest ast vp2 over nb

if tried many proteins and find VP2 one of the better out there.

Did not had the chance to try Isopure
