    problem

    so i have lost a lot weight, and now people are saying im not standing as straight as i use to now im wondering if its my back issue or not enough muscle in stomach supporting me, also my upper back by the armpit has a little pain, and its been like that for bout 2 weeks what you guys think, thank you

    First, stand up straight. Train yourself to stand with good posture.

    Secondly, it could very well be a musculature issue. Prioritize training the back or chest, whichever yields the needed correction.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    You have to force yourself to have good posture. I used to slouch when I was like 14. I ended up putting stick its all over that said "Stand up strait."

    Buy a swiss ball and do some core training.

    Oh and if that pain gets worse I would go to a doctor/physical therapist.
