ZMA or Melatonin?

Hey guys,

So I was browsing the sales on bb.com and saw that evl's z-matrix ZMA is buy 1 get 1, 14.99 for a bottle.

I was planning on getting Melatonin at the drug store to help with sleep, which is about $22 I think.

Basically, I work 6-230, am a light sleeper, and stay up till around 9-930 to spend time with my girl who gets home at 530. I wake up around 4:45-5 without an alarm daily.

Diet, macros, and nutrition are good. Doing fierce5 novice and training for endurance running on rest days.

My question is: Is a ZMA better in this situation than Melatonin? Just looking for as much rest and recovery as possible.

Reps feel free to chime in if you have a product or sale going on as well to recommend

You can get melatonin from the bb.com store for like 5 dollars.

could pick up both in ErgoZZZ with the current deal going and it would be less then what you are currently thinking about doing.

$22 for melatonin? Dayum.

Melatonin might help you fall asleep faster, but won't necessarily put you into a deeper sleep.

Closest to me is riteaid - so probably making as much money as possible due to being bought out recently. Or just my local store being crap. If it helps they claim it's "extra strength". Of course, they also charge 50% more for c4 what bb.com does, as well as a bunch of gnc crap at full price.

Anything outside of lunesta etc. that might help with deeper sleep?
