Damn, I was going to say you looked great even at 205 and then I saw your cut picture.
You look awesome. I wish my torso wasn't the size of a small child's.

thanks guys =) my diet was about 2 months and strict as hell. 2200-2500 cals a day down from like 3200+, with like 220g+ of protien. lifting 4-5 days a week and no cardio, i hate that ****
edit:
for the bulk i ate frozen chicken, steak, cottage cheese, protien shakes, protien bars, shrimp, canned salmon, canned tuna, fish fillets, pretty much just tons of lean ****. i would eat to the point of puking every few days. took me a good 4-5 months to get that big.
for the cut, the weight pretty much just melted off once i cut my diet down (like 1000 cals lol). i did no cardio, just lifted hard as hell every time, didn't really lose too much of my strength either. just ate carbs when i needed them and completely stayed away from soda and other **** like that. just dedication i guess :/
one thing i learned from this cut is how to diet tho, you can literally feel when ur body needs something, be it cals, or protien, or carbs. pretty crazy

I honestly say keep this for the summer then after bulk again and cut again. The reason you got so big was because you were so big. So bulk up and then cut again and you will progressively get leaner but bigger at the same time

i always vary my workouts day to day to keep the body guessing. one bench day will be 4 sets of 315 and flys and the next bench day might be something like 5 sets of 300 drop setted 2-3 times with some incline. pretty much all over the place, whatever i feel like not doing, i'll do, lol.

thanks again guys for all the positive comments =) makes me feel like it all paid off even more. abs - i honestly NEVER worked them alone. i have just started doing specific ab training (after the photo was taken). its really just all about low body fat. i do heavy compound lifts tho which im sure is one place they came from. i cant barbell squat or deadlift tho due to a bad knee injury. i suppose what always made my abs burn was heavy standing curls i.e. cables and barbell. they would burn so bad i couldnt stand it when doing sets of 110, but low bodyfat is the real key.
edit:
and as far as recomending my routine to anyone.... all i can say is you gotta find out hat works for u. i suggest u try it as ive tried many routines and when u keep it random u never have to worry about what ''routine'' is right, cause ur ****ing wrecking urself every day nomatter what. thats only my approach tho, there is nothing written in stone =)

thats what all the guys with great abs say, they never work them by themselves. My body fat in my icon pic was 6.4%..while I can see my abs I trying to put on some clean weight and already my definition is leaving. I don't really know what to do...maybe compound lifts, as you mentioned, are the answer?

give it a shot man. isolating the abs really doesnt seem like it would work your core DEEP down to me. heavy cable rows where ur bending ur lower back, heavy barbell curls (standing with good form), even heavy benching and heavy skull crushers make me use my stabilizers which includes my core. this is all just my opinion mind u, but i guess its worked for me. i lift pretty ****in heavy for my size i must say, and core just came with it. good luck tho homie =)

wow.. amazing! I actually know of someone else that does not work abs and eats pretty much w/e and still has the abs. it must be the compound lifting. What are some compound liftings that you do? I'm pretty newb when it comes to shaping up. been goin to the gym for awhile now but just started to get pretty serious with my workouts since i found some workout buddies there
U look GREAT bro. keep up the good work. Update us =)
