I want to start cutting, and i already do cardio, like 30 mins almost everyday, after my muscle workout...but i just cant be focked to start eating less bad ****, can anyone gimme like a few tips on how to stop eating junkfood?

Right. It's psychological. There are, however, a few ways you can ease the physical addicition to the crap you want to eat. I find that drinking more water than normal helps curb the appetite (and when you're not hungry, you don't want to eat a bunch of junk). Also, when you've really got a craving, I suggest chewing some sugar free gum. It really helps to ease the cravings (for me, anyway).

seriously you just need to stop - once you stop and stay away from it for a while you will hopefully eventually develop a dislike for junk food. I used to eat nothing but junk but now i wont ven go near it... i just dont like it at all anymore...iNTeNSiTY...

honestly....tips?how about you STOP EATING JUNK FOOD and get some will power.the day i started cutting was the end of anything bad (i ate pretty clean anyway) so i cant comprehend why others find it so hard.
when you re in a shop and youve got the munchies....go for fruit or a nutrigain or something that sounds healthy...chewing sugar free gum ill probably help
on a side note a woman came into the shop today carrying a bag of take away chips and that fried lard smell made me wanna hurl.....cant believe i ever craved that crap!For the great Gaels of Ireland

Honestly, my friends all think im nuts, but i just feel so much better not eating it, not drinking pop. When i stoppped eating junkfood initially, which wasnt for bbing, it was cuz i was fat and kids made fun of me and i went nuts on cardio and stopped eating junkfood. You need to put a purpose behind it, think why youre doing it, and how bad youll feel after you have some
