By the way UFC is actually Mixed Martial Arts. (MMA)
There are other organizations like WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting, also Zuffa'), Japan's DREAM and the old PRIDE Fighting Championships that was bought out by Zuffa.
Go to the main site and click sports, and look at MMA or UFC or whatever the main site calls it.http://eliteathletes.org/forum/

zuffa bought out pride but failed to buy out their contracts. so basically, the pride owners got paid a ****load and used some of the money to start up DREAM, which is basically pride under a new name. hahaha, **** zuffaOriginally Posted by theparade

Go to sherdog.net/forums go to the training section and read the FAQs. They will give you a good program to go on,how to eat,and how to train. It is very imformative and helpful.
