    Yesterdays meal's critque me please!

    Ok overall goal right now is Loose Fat!

    So I recently realized the bad results I’ve been getting on Weight Loss could be partly due to the lack of Calories I’ve been taking in. Apparantly I was hitting around 1500-1800 cals a day…which isnt starving for some but based on the following equation of 15 times your weight minus 500cals is your cutting calories then I’m about 3800 cals would be my cutting cals. I’ll shoot for 3500 supposedly sounds reasonable…so yesterday I try to acheive this goal. See the meals below. I apologize if some of the numbers are scewed on here I copied this from my EXCEL Document. All of this food which by the way I felt like I was eating non stop, equaled to roughly 2100 Cals, 208 Carb, 90 Fat, 229 Protien. Perhaps I need to add some meal replacement shakes during the day. What do you guys think, should I shoot for 2500 calories instead of 3500? Thanks for the support.
    BTW I’m getting stronger and loving it.
