Jay Cutler is the current Mr. Olympia but it doesn't mean he is considered the best bodybuilder on the planet today by all people who are into bodybuilding. Who do you consider the best "today' regardless of trophies, rank or status? Is it Jay? Wolf? Martinez? Heath? Your neighbor? An amateur bodybuilder you know? Yourself?

In terms of completeness- jay
Completeness along with best mix of mass + aesthetics- dexter
Completeness without due muscle maturity- phil
completeness with muscle maturity and some aesthetics- victor
Best frame with clean lines- Tie between wolf and freeman. But freeman gets the nod for his superior conditioning/muscularity that he showed he can exhibit at last years ironman.
Pure conditioning/graininess-dexter
pure aesthetics-ronnie rockell when he's on(though he will ALWAYS get screwed either way)

If you are talking about today I would have to say the number one guy in the world right now--Jay Cutler.
Truly if you are looking for greatest of all time then you are going to have to go past those of just today and look at the entire spectrum of bodybuilding as a whole from teh beginning of the exhibition of a persons body till now. That would mean that guys like Eugene Sandow, Charles Atlas, John Grimek and the other forefathers of the sport. You cannot limit it to just the modern guys if you are talking about greatest of all time.
People that forget history do not know what they are missing out on. For my money I really think that Steve Reeves is the leading bodybuilder of all time. Of course that is my opinion and all.Scott Mowry

Cutler. Completeness rules.
I've been saying this since the last Olympia, and everyone said I was nuts, Vic this, Wolf that. Bullcrap. If you're not complete, and someone else is, you're losing, no matter how cut, conditioned, whatever.
Until someone can stand next to Jay and match his completeness, Jay is the best, period. And I don't see anyone else with all the bodyparts. Cutler could be Mr. O for as long as he wants. The only person I could see beating him would be if Coleman could comeback as he was before lat atrophy.

I like Wolf, however there are many very close contenders such as Vic/Heath/Dex/Kia and Branch.
I like Jays old look, but i am not a huge fan of his build, his muscle thickness is outstanding, but i dont like his waist, too blocky.Recip's Fierce Crew!!!!
