Ok.
I'm fat. this last year has been crazy. I haven't been completely sedentary; I've done lots of triathlons (sprint-> olympic ->Ironman), and a marathon.
The Problem:
My stress level have been through the roof and I haven't picked up a weight in a year. All of the cardio and endurance events haven't countered my poor choice in foods and my love of wine.
The good news is that the season is over (for me at least) and I want my "old self" back.
I want to feel long and lean again.
I'm 23lbs heavier than I'd like to be.

I would love to get some ideas for full body workouts (for the first 6 weeks or so) just to retrain my body. Also, I'm just looking for some support. some support on my journey back to my old svelt self :~)
