Green Girly's Journal

Ok.

I'm fat. this last year has been crazy. I haven't been completely sedentary; I've done lots of triathlons (sprint-> olympic ->Ironman), and a marathon.

The Problem:

My stress level have been through the roof and I haven't picked up a weight in a year. All of the cardio and endurance events haven't countered my poor choice in foods and my love of wine.

The good news is that the season is over (for me at least) and I want my "old self" back.

I want to feel long and lean again.

I'm 23lbs heavier than I'd like to be.

STATS:

5'10", 171.4lbs *2 weeks ago*

I would love to get some ideas for full body workouts (for the first 6 weeks or so) just to retrain my body. Also, I'm just looking for some support. some support on my journey back to my old svelt self :~)

We all have areas to improve but were here working on it and thats key right

Wow, last August it could've been ME that wrote this!! LOL. I haven't done triathalons (good for you!!) but I ran a marathon last year and I was so frustrated afterwards when I'd worked so hard and ran so much but wasn't in good shape physically (you look way better than I did by the way! lol).

Secondly, you have an amazing figure!! I'm SO looking forward to following along! Good luck =) Mandy had some good advice to check out hotnfit.com.

Vanillabn: It makes me feel better that you (and other people) can relate. Today, I looked at your bodyspace and you look GREAT!! Congrats. You are a great motivation

Does anyone have any suggestions for full-body workouts that I could do 3 or 4 days a week?
