How much HIIT is to much?
I have been doing about 4 days of HIIT cardio a week. Is that to much?

Well just trying to get back into shape alil, recovering from a knee injury (torn ACL, Menisus) Maybe lose 5lbs, get back into basketball shape

i dun think HIIT is good for recovering...u should take it easier. Try some moderate pace cardio and work ur way up.

[30 secs sprint, 30 secs jog]---how many of them?

Im doing my cardio on the that stairmaster thing? lol dont kno what its called cause im not cleared to run yet.. I do 5 min warmup, 15 min 40 seconds moderate pace, then last 20 seconds of each min at my 90% heartrate. then a 5 min cool down
