    250 pound bench press?

    Basically im 16 (almost 17) and was wondering is this pritty good for someone who has been lifting for around 2 years and how much do you guys bench?

    btw im talking about benching with freeweights.

    I bench 200 for 5-6 reps and have been lifting for about 8 or 9 months now

    Ive been liftin for alil under 3 months, im at about 200-205 on bench. I wish I was at 250. For your age and weight Id say 250 is pretty damn impressive

    When i was 15 I maxed 345lbs on bench...wieghing 240lbs...I was fat but...now I can do 365lbs for 5 at 213... That is good. 182lbs benching 250.. pretty good.

    Basically im 16 (almost 17) and was wondering is this pritty good for someone who has been lifting for around 2 years and how much do you guys bench?

    btw im talking about benching with freeweights.
