Decline BB Bench: 225x12, 275x10, 315x6, 365x2---225x12
Incline DB Flyes: 45x12, 55x10, 65x8, 75x6
Cable Flyes: 50x15, 60x12, 60x12, 60x12
15 minutes of cardio at 140 BPM
Tuesday off, I will start keeping track of my diet too.
