Upper Respiratory Infections are fun.

No appetite. Haven't really eaten a substantial meal in days.

Everything hurts, especially my old lower lumbar injury. Feel weak, tired, and slightly inebriated. Absolutely no motivation.

Hacking, sneezing, congestion.

Body's starting to use the muscle for energy since the fat's mostly gone.

In short - this sucks. It's basically taken my hard work over the past few months and thrown it to ****. I'm gonna have to start all over once the fall gets here. (Clean bulking)

You could add the failing Michigan economy and a Nazi death camp of a job to my list of problems if you wanted to.

---

Hopefully you guys are doing better than I am.

Try some liquid meals if you can't handle real food. Also, yogurt or any kind of easily swollowed foods should help you. Hate you have one of these man. It'll be over son enough.
