For my Biceps, the inner part is pretty well built in comparison to the outside part... how do i hit the outside part?
also... how do i go about getting height on my biceps...

closegrip curls get the outside and also try hammer db if not already
and i hope you concentrate and squeeze real hard when doing any bicep exercise because thats how they grow alot better. you want to feel the flex and weight!!!!
also to them make taller do preacher and/or concentration db's!!!age- 17
weight- 180lbs.
height- six foot one
Lifting for 3 years off and on(injuries)
but been consistent for a year
*bench= 235*
*squat= 225 ATG*
*deadlift= 315*
