    Purple Wraath (Not super important)

    I was just wondering if i took the Purple Wraath about an hour before going to bed would do me any good at all or should i just stick to the Pre-Workout? When i take it, after cardio it makes me feel horrible. What to do?

    What happens is i take the recommended amount before lifting, and drink all of it and during workout just drink plain water. After i am done lifting about twenty minutes after, i start cardio and it makes me feel like crap..

    start sipping PW when you begin your workout. you should be done by the time cardio rolls around.

    I don't think it's going to do as much for you as things like casein protein would... if it even did anything at all. PW is for a supply of aminos to fuel your muscles while you work out. It's simply not geared toward sleepy time.

    what i do i totally down all of it before i even start weight training at all and about twenty minutes post workout i start cardio and by the time thats over i taste it all again and i feel like crap..

    I like to start sipping PW around 15minutes before I do weights or cardio.
    Then finish it off during the session.
    So, I sip generally 1/4 of the bottle before I actually start doing my activity.

    I find this gives me better effect than ONLY sipping it during the workout/cardio session.

    Works to. I typically sip a similar product on the way to the gym and throughout my workout.

    i helped a friend move from his house and i took the PW. Sipping it as i went and it was awesome i felt great and pumped up. Great stuff. I would not drink it before bed it would be a waste and you will never sleep.

    I take a few sips on the way to the gym, then drink the rest during my workout. I've never really had any ill feelings from it.
