I was just wondering if i took the Purple Wraath about an hour before going to bed would do me any good at all or should i just stick to the Pre-Workout? When i take it, after cardio it makes me feel horrible. What to do?
What happens is i take the recommended amount before lifting, and drink all of it and during workout just drink plain water. After i am done lifting about twenty minutes after, i start cardio and it makes me feel like crap..

I like to start sipping PW around 15minutes before I do weights or cardio.
Then finish it off during the session.
So, I sip generally 1/4 of the bottle before I actually start doing my activity.
I find this gives me better effect than ONLY sipping it during the workout/cardio session."Fear is the Mind Killer!"
