    what bf % am i at.

    heres a pic. I'm trying to get to under 10% while still having a bit of muscle in a few weeks.

    diet suggestions?

    Hard to tell -- you look very "average", I mean not fat, not thin, not muscled, not out of shape. 17-20%? I think you are right at the place where you could just ramp up weight training while eating a clean maintenance diet to see what happens, it's hard to tell in the picture how much muscle mass you are carrying.

    4/6/2008: 237 lbs, 25-27% BF
    6/20/2008: 218 lbs, 17%-ish BF
    6/28/2008: 214 lbs, 16%-ish BF
    7/11/2008: 212 lbs, 15%-ish BF
    7/17/2008: 210 lbs, 14-15%-ish BF
    9/8/2008: 202 lbs, 11-12% BF
    01/10/2009: 210 lbs, 14% BF
    11/17/2009: 232 lbs, 18% BF

    No mas bulking

    I would say somewhere between 15% and 20% BF.

    To get below 10%, you are definitely going to have to increase/begin weight training. Also, keep up the cardio, and eat a CLEAN diet - this is key!

    You may want to consider a clean bulk before cutting as well.

    dude average bf = 14-17

    I don't understand people on this site who say somebody is average looking and then they'll say a number that is overweight for BF%

    I think he could be right, just because TC doesn't look like he weighs much. When you weigh less, the percent goes up.

    so do you think I weigh less than 175?

    I havent weighed myself in a while, and I have lost a bit of fat from stop drinking pop/juice and sugary stuff.
