I also emailed Mark Dugdale a few times asking him a variety of stuff. He sent me back some of the most thoughtful, in depth and thought-provoking emails I've ever gotten.

The dude is straight up smart, well-spoken, and very nice. He didn't have to write more than a sentence or two to answer my question, and he wrote about a page or so. And the stuff he communicated to me was all really insightful and very helpful. Great stuff.

Last year I emailed Wolf and he replied back.

This past March I emailed Lee Haney about hiring him as a posing coach and he didn't reply back [and we live in the same county!

I got an email from Jay Cutler after he won his first mr. o. I bought a beanie off his website and we emailed back and forth because he didn't have the color that I wanted. He seemed very nice.

Several years ago, when I was trying to learn more about MAX-OT, I emailed a couple questions to Skip La Cour. I was not sure if he would actually respond, but to my surprise he responded within a day, and he was extremely nice and helpful.

i also emailed mark dugdale a couple of times, and he responded the next day with very good advice and an awesome response. i would have to X2 everything you said there about his responses. i even told him that all his e-mails were kinda like quotes, in the sense that they just had that sort of impact to them.

I don't have any injuries, what I had was just some minor setbacks, too much hard training. Well I've had a break and I'll be just fine, just so you know, i will always be big, always.

Jay has an email on his site for guest appearances, i tried him on it but nothing back yet

i want to make sure is that really him on the email i posted bigron_coleman@yahoo.com.....because i want to get him to guest pose in my country and he said he is willing too and it cost 7,000 dollars, i dont know but i feel it is a very low cost for the best in the world to guest pose, can anyone tell me, and did anyone did this before thx soo much
