Comparing the pics, you added a lot of overall thickness especially in arms. Looks much better imo. Pics of wheels though bro?
Tris look alot better...they are what stick out for me from your pics. Also, it appears you kept your fat level very stable. Didnt gain too much of it gaining that much weight.Last edited by Twist3dJok3r; 06-23-2008 at 10:37 PM.

Good progress so far.
I think you should throw in more lower chest work, like dips or declines, to fill that out.
I would also do deadlifts, just to add thickness to your back.------------------------------------------------------------------

Good progress, maybe work on the chest with bench and dips, and pulls and chins if the bench is stuck...

I think your lowering back and traps are lacking compared to the rest of yoru body. Your biceps seemed to have improved a lot, and I think your chest is proportional, but working your chest will make the rest of your body seem a lot bigger. Also, considering it seems like you have very little bodyfat, a little ab work and your abs should be showing in no time. Might want to consider throwing in some forearm work too. Any pics of legs?

your back seems to be legit and has a good symmetrical shape.. unfortunately your obliques seem to be lacking or else you would have that perfect figure to build on..
an effective way to work them out is to get on the hyperextension machine and stand sideways while going down with a 25 lb plate in your hand.. do that 3x25 and it should be looking good in no time
