What's up with this?
Not really sure why, but for like the past month and a half or so, every time I go into the gym, I can't train intensely. Then on the 9th I had surgery and had to take two weeks off and the entire time I wanted to work out so badly. Today was the first day I could go back to the gym and as soon as I started I was just like blah. Does this happen to you guys? What do you do?
