how to be normal??
don't know if any of you guys have the same problem. but with the strictness of my bodybuilding regimen and diet plan. i find it hard to have friends or especially a girlfriend. i can't stay up late, or eat out (because i'm constantly weighing what i eat to keep track of protein and carbs, plus you never know what kind of crap they put on your food. they like to get fancy in resturants with their sauces and crap. i find it very hard to find anything i can eat thats on the menu). the last girl i dated got sick of me always being tied down to my diet and exercise routines. now its like i almost avoid potential relationships with women cause i figure they would never understand my crazy bodybuilding ways. people think if you work hard on your physique you are crazy or something. most people i know always give me crap about being so obsessive about my diet and routine.

Amen to THAT! At that age and through the early 20's I used to be able to eat anything 24/7 and not worry bout gaining an ounce. Now, all I have to do is walk by a bakery and smell bread and I gain! fortunately, the bodybuilding helps to keep things at bay.
And yes, to the girlfriend question, just find someone that is of like mind and go from there. If they are understanding then you MAY have found yourself someone. Otherwise, just take it as it comes......sooner or later she'll come along, when you least expect it. As for those who have nothing positive to add to your psyche or are just negative, politely nod and just rest in the knowledge that you will have NO shame in showing off your hard earned muscle at the beach, or in a flattering polo shirt, or, as it once happened to me, walk into a party at a friends house and someone stumbles back and goes "MAN, you are HUGE!! How big are those guns, anyway!?!?"
Priceless!

Here's my priority....... forget people, they re highly overrated (see above post, for instance! You can use whatever name you like...)
Now, go and hit the weights...they will always be your best friend and adversary. They are to be conquered, and YOU will win in the long run!
