Background:
Just recovery from knee reconstruction in late febuary. Tore both my ACL and meniscus during basketball season this year. This is the second time ive torn my ACL in the past 3 years (1st back in 9th grade). Just want to keep a journal of my lifts so i can have something to fall back on. Currently i cannot run yet or play basketball. Just simple lifting and light cardio until i get cleared from my physical therapy. I am just going to be doing a simple split until i am able to start doing more powerful lifts (squats, hangcleans, powercleans, heavy deadlifts, clean and presses, squat cleans ect.) I will also be going to physical therapy 3 times a week doing light to moderate leg exercises.
Diet:
Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 banana, 1 tbls Natty Pb
Meal 2: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 8 oz chicken, 1 apple, 1 cup yogurt
Meal 3: (Preworkout Shake) 1 scoop whey, 1 cup milk, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbls Natty Pb, 1 cup yogurt
Meal 4: (Postworkout Shake) 2 scoops whey, 2 bananas, 1 cup milk
Meal 5: 1 cup brown rice, 8 oz smoked salmon, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup milk
Meal 6: Whatever mom makes for dinner
Meal 7: 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbls natty Pb, 2 slices whole wheat bread, Jelly
