CONTEST/PHOTOSHOOT day
OK guys, I need your help. I need suggestions on how one can minimize water retention and thus maximize definition, you know what steps should be taken, how many days before should I start doing blank, and blank, etc. Any methods used for days prior to a contest would be much appreciated and very applicable in my situation here.
Also, I need some input from the taraxatone experts out there. Any suggestions or little tips aside from the dosage instructions on the bottle. Or perhaps any other similar supplements that are better/more effective.
As of now my plan is to keep sodium as low as possible (while keeping at a healthy level), drinking the same amount of water as usual (2gallons), and using taraxatone or possibly which ever other supplements are suggested.
