One Arm Flat Dumbbell Press
Don't see alot of people doing this exercise.
If properly done with good form this is killer
Anyone else have this in there chest day?

Yeah I like that one too. I also like dumbell floor presses although I haven't done them in awhile.

Why would one do it with one arm oppose to using both? Isn't it "better" to kill 2 birds with one stone if you get what I mean?

Both one are and two arm flat db presses work. The one arm is for variety and new stimulis to shock the chest into growth.

Same reason people do concentration curls, to concentrate and pin point that muscle group in a more intense manor

One arm you're struggling the entire time to keep your torso stable and on the bench; it's a
real
core exercise, not any of that Bosu ball BS.

Okay. I'm new to bodybuilding that's why my questions may seem stupid to some of the more experienced.
With one arm, are you working the whole chest or just that one side (which means you would have to alternate to the other arm)

Yes alternate arms
Each arm you do it works that side of the best.
Also if you plant your feet right you wont struggle too much.
