    love handles and lower back fat

    what exerices are best for love handles and lower back fat? I am 5 '11 165. Overrall I am in good shape but I have the beginning of love handles and lower back fat. Otherwise I am in good proportion

    5'11" @ 165 while carrying lower back fat and love handles, means you are carrying some excess body fat.

    There is no "spot reduction" in exercise. contrary to all of those saturday morning infomercials. All exercise that burns calories, and cleaning up that diet, will help you with the handles.

    Yeah i have the same problem. I have pretty low body fat, and even have a noticeable 6-pack, but i have those damnn lovehandles =X
