Hi everyone, I was just wondering if height plays a factor in determining your calorie intake and maintenance level. I used the calculators on BB.com and they all say that I should eat over 2000 calories to put on some muscle but because I am short I think that 2000 calories is too much.
I have counted my calories during the week and I roughly have about 1500 calories a day, I think I can bump it up to 1700 calories. Do you think that is high enough for some muscle mass?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
