Energy Energy Energy
I always feel tired and sluggish, i just started working out, but what can i do to have more overall energy. I want to hear as many opinions on the subject as possible; vitamins, body cleanse, workout, foods that boost energy, whatever advice im a willing ear and eyes to learn of it. I've had my thyroid checked and my doctor says it's normal so please help me with some advice.

My guess is, you are starving yourself.
Eat Carbs... Carbohydrates don't make you fat, an excess of calories does. It's called energy balance.

If you haven't eaten a lot of fruits and vegetables in the past adding them to your diet can help. Healthy fats and some occasional fish helps too.
