Green Magnitude!!
Should arrive in the mail tomorrow. Pretty excited about it but not completely sure about what i should expect. Anyone out there who has taken it and can tell me a little about it? Thanks

It is a creatine. I would take it pre-workout. Won't notice anything immediately but overtime it should help build size/endurance. It has more stuff then just a creatine so that is why you take it pre-workout to get its full benefits

what age would you reccomend this too. ive tried the samples and felt noticable difference while stacking that with wrath.

i would say about 18 but its pretty much safe to be used by anyone

Due to legality CL can't recommend to anyone younger then 18. But to be honest I'm sure they itch to point out sometime that creatine and PW are fine for a person who has diet in check. They are far from anything that could do you harm.
And don't expect much at first, it took me a tub and a half to really notice gains, but it works alot better on its own then any other plain creatine.

yeah my diets in check i tried one of the samples and felt better pumps and endurance stacking that with wrath. i was wondering if mag would help me wiht xc races also

PW would be better for XC but after a couple of weeks on green mag you should see a slight increase in endurance as well.
