Ressurecting the past, the new kouper.
Well, its time again ladies and gentlemen. 2 years ago I was 280lbs and roughly 15% bodyfat. Its time to get down below that mark, in a leaner meaner way. I currently sit at about 348 and (just a guess, my calipers don't go big enough... nasty) 33-35% body fat. My goal is going to be somewhere around 8-10% bodyfat. Which I know will be extremely hard, leanest Ive ever been was 15. So its time to get beastly with my workouts and my nutrition.
The basic Idea for my nutrition during this is going to be the basic high protein low carb diet. I will stop eating out with the exception of actual sit down resteraunts with my wife and friends on the weekend. Once I get a week or two into this I may choose to start a velocity diet cycle because Ive had such great results with it in the past. Monday I'll be putting down my anticipated macro.
THe supplements I'll be using will likely just be some glutamine, creatine, protein, a multi vitamin and some bcaa's. I doubt I'll use anything beyond this for the first few weeks. If ever. If someone could recommend me some good tasting protein I'd be much obliged, Im just tired of chocolate....
My goals for the gym are going to be a basic increase of strength obviously, but its endurance I'll be building towards. Focusing on super sets, explosive movements, and plyo's. Its been month's since I squated and thursday I did 235 x14, I may be sore now but Im sure I could still squat my body weight even at my bloated size.
Anyway, off to gym and then work, again, measurements and what not coming monday.

Went to work, about halfway through the day I started vomiting uncontrollably. And just stopped an hour or two ago. So my total food intake for yesterday was 0 Just a few sips of pedia lyte stayed down. And my total for exercise was about 3 hours of vomiting..... great day. monday will be better though.
