    The High Protein banana bread?

    Im trying to cut weight, would it be a bad idea to have a slice of this each day as a snack?.....

    Depends if it's actually a healthy slice of banana bread or "super healthy MAKES YOU LOSE FAT" banana bread (AKA complete **** for your body).

    As long as the slice isn't too big, it won't hurt. I've learned with temptations, is sometimes if you have a bit to get ride of the temptation (not a whole meal, but just a bit), you'll find it easier to not crash and burn and binge eat.
