Going to be going to Venice next year, I want to stop in the Legendary Mecca of bodybuilding. What time should I go to see the most monsters working out there? Im thinking prolly around 10:00 in the morning? And do they have day rates?

Most of the pros workout early in the morning until 12 noon. Some movie starts will hit the gym after lunch. Visit Max Muscle Venice down the street after you are finished training.
